Project Timeline
6 months from kickoff to App Store submission. Five phases with clear deliverables per phase.
Foundation
Month 1–2Backend architecture, database schema, authentication system, Monday.com and Dropbox integration redeployment. IR Control Panel core: deal dashboard, investor management, milestone management.
Core Features
Month 2–3Investor Mobile App scaffolding and core screens. Deal Tracker implementation. DocuSign integration end-to-end. Document management on both portal and app.
PFS Engine
Month 3–4AI pipeline architecture. Document upload and type verification. Chunked extraction, tier classification, confirmation card generation. IR review and directive workflow.
Integration & Polish
Month 4–5PFS finalization and PDF generation. Notification composer with templates. Offboarding and data deletion. End-to-end flow testing across all integrations.
QA & Launch
Month 5–6User acceptance testing with IR team and select investors. App Store submission (iOS + Android). Bug fixes, performance optimization, and documentation.

Dedicated Slack channel with direct access to the Project Manager (Amine A.) and Head of Dev (Marwen F.) for day-to-day questions, updates, and quick decisions.
Bi-Monthly Meetings
Up to 2 scheduled meetings per month with the project team for deeper discussions, demos, and alignment — held as needed, not mandatory.
On-Demand Stakeholder Calls
Direct access between Amine A. and Tier 1 client stakeholders (Michael Berg, Patrick Truhlar, Jason Milton, Stephan, Cami Johnson) for strategic decisions and escalations.
Progress Tracking
Weekly Progress Reports
Weekly — Friday 5 PM ESTDelivered every Friday at 5:00 PM EST via email. Covers work completed, blockers, next week's plan, and any decisions needed from the client.
Product Demos
Per phase (roughly monthly)Live demos at the end of each project phase where the client interacts with the working product and provides feedback. Especially valuable once the mobile app is running on Expo Go.
Expectations
Client Feedback Turnaround
Feedback on deliverables and demos is expected within 5 business days. Delays in feedback may shift subsequent phase timelines accordingly.
Change Documentation
All scope changes are documented in a shared decision log. Changes that impact timeline or budget require written approval from Tier 1 stakeholders before implementation.
