Communication & Progress Tracking

How the team stays aligned with client stakeholders throughout the project.

Communication Channels

Async Slack Communication

Dedicated Slack channel with direct access to the Project Manager (Amine A.) and Head of Dev (Marwen F.) for day-to-day questions, updates, and quick decisions.

Bi-Monthly Meetings

Up to 2 scheduled meetings per month with the project team for deeper discussions, demos, and alignment — held as needed, not mandatory.

On-Demand Stakeholder Calls

Direct access between Amine A. and Tier 1 client stakeholders (Michael Berg, Patrick Truhlar, Jason Milton, Stephan, Cami Johnson) for strategic decisions and escalations.

Progress Tracking

Weekly Progress Reports

Weekly — Friday 5 PM EST

Delivered every Friday at 5:00 PM EST via email. Covers work completed, blockers, next week's plan, and any decisions needed from the client.

Product Demos

Per phase (roughly monthly)

Live demos at the end of each project phase where the client interacts with the working product and provides feedback. Especially valuable once the mobile app is running on Expo Go.

Expectations

Client Feedback Turnaround

Feedback on deliverables and demos is expected within 5 business days. Delays in feedback may shift subsequent phase timelines accordingly.

Change Documentation

All scope changes are documented in a shared decision log. Changes that impact timeline or budget require written approval from Tier 1 stakeholders before implementation.
